Austcorp Executive is seeking an experienced Roller Operator/Civil Labourer for immediate start at the Rockhampton Depot. This hands-on role suits someone with civil construction or road works experience and the readiness to hit the ground running.

You will work full-time, with 8–12 hour shifts, Mondays to Fridays and occasional weekends; local work with possible away projects. The role emphasizes reliability and long-term commitment.

Austcorp are currently looking for an experienced Roller Operator/Civil Labourer to join our clients team on an immediate basis. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role suited to someone with genuine civil construction or road works experience who is ready to hit the ground running.

About the Role

• Immediate start (Interviews early next week)
• Local work with the ability to travel away as required (away work as needed)
• Shifts of 8-12 hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work
• Primarily day shift, with flexibility to work night shifts when required

About You

• You take pride in your work and show up reliably, ready for a full day of physical labour
• Experienced hand on civil or road works sites- you know how a crew operates and what's expected
• Experience operating a roller and confident around heavy plant and equipment
• Able to adapt to changing shift patterns, including early starts, occasional nights, and weekend work when needed
• Happy to travel for away work
• Wanting long term ongoing work

Requirements

• Roller RII ticket - Mandatory
• HR Truck Licence highly regarded (not essential, but well regarded)
• Proven civil construction/road works experience
• Solid labouring background- hard physical/groundwork experience (not warehouse or light-duty labouring)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labouring and groundwork throughout shifts
• Demonstrated long term commitment with previous employers- we're looking for someone who can commit to ongoing work.
• Willing and able to work locally and travel away for projects as needed
• Flexible availability across day and occasional night shifts, including some weekends
• Must complete Pre-employment drug testing required
