Job summary

Synergie Group is seeking experienced Civil Roller Operators to join our team for multiple roles around Rockhampton and surrounding areas. The positions include civil roadworks and earthworks with additional labouring duties, meals and accommodation provided, and an 11-month ongoing contract with an immediate start.

Candidates must have roller operating experience in civil construction or related environments and hold full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Experience operating civil rollers on roadworks, earthworks or civil projects.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow site specifications.
• Willingness to assist with general labouring duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate rollers safely and efficiently across civil, roadworks and earthworks projects.
• Complete compaction works per site specifications and supervisor direction.
• Assist with general civil labouring, site prep and cleanup.
• Complete pre-start checks and report equipment, maintenance or safety concerns.

Synergie is seeking experienced Civil Roller operators for Multiple Roller civil roles with labouring located Rockhampton and surrounding areas.

What you will be required to do:

• Operate rollers safely and efficiently across civil, roadworks and earthworks projects.
• Complete compaction works in line with site specifications and supervisor direction.
• Assist with general civil labouring, site preparation and clean-up.
• Complete pre-start checks and report any equipment, maintenance or safety concerns.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Previous roller operating experience in civil construction, roadworks, earthworks or similar environments.
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
