We're seeking experienced Compactor Operators to join civil construction crews working across ongoing Sunshine Coast projects.

This is an opportunity for reliable operators to secure consistent work across roadworks, subdivisions, earthworks and other civil projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating Compaction machinery safely and efficiently


• Compacting soil, gravel and pavement materials


• Supporting road and earthworks activities


• Working to required compaction standards


• Completing daily pre-starts and machinery checks


• Following site plans and safety procedures


• Working safely around other mobile plant

Projects May Include

• Roadworks


• Subdivisions


• Car parks


• Bulk earthworks


• Pavement construction


• Civil infrastructure

• Proven Compactor operating experience


• Previous civil construction experience


• Relevant machinery tickets
