Job summary

Protech Group on the Gold Coast is seeking Experienced Civil Labourers with a Roller Ticket to work across major projects. This is full-time (casual with overtime) roles with daily opportunities, starting from $53 per hour during the Day Shift and allowances where applicable.

You will perform earthworks and drainage labouring, operate rollers, and support site crews. Proven roller operation, White Card, and civil industry experience are essential, with D&A testing and medical clearance required.

Qualifications

• Must have Construction White Card.
• Current Roller Ticket (Essential).
• Minimum 1 year’s civil industry experience.
• D&A testing and medical clearance required.

• Spotting of site machinery.
• Setting up environmental controls.
• Set up and dismantle on-site equipment.

Job description

Protech are looking for Experienced Civil Labourers with a Roller Ticket to perform work on major projects throughout the Gold Coast. Positions have the potential to be ongoing for the duration of the project.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Manual civil labouring duties within Earthworks and Drainage crews
• Roller operation and compaction works as required
• Offering full-time hours (casual) with overtime opportunities expected daily
• Starting from $53phr Day Shift with additional allowances and overtime rates (when applicable)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safe operation of rollers and other site plant
• Spotting of site machinery
• Setting up environmental controls
• Set up and dismantle on-site equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Construction White Card
• Current Roller Ticket (Essential)
• Previous roller operating experience essential
• RII tickets a great advantage
• Drivers licence and reliable transport
• Minimum 1 year’s experience within the Civil Industry

Must be able to pass D&A testing and medical.
