Job summary

ASX Limited in Sydney is seeking a Manager, Risk Transformation on an 18-month max term to lead and embed enterprise risk initiatives within policy and controls. Hybrid, Sydney Office, full-time, with a clear path to impact risk governance.

You will align policy design with updated risk architecture, embed risk appetite into standards, and collaborate with CRP and Line 1 Risk to drive sustainable change across frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience with risk profiling and risk control frameworks.
• Experience in financial risk management in a financial institution.
• Strong analytical ability with quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Align policy design with updated enterprise risk policy architecture.
• Embed risk appetite into policy requirements and thresholds.
• Develop and maintain the policy risk profile.
• Design controls and testing aligned with the ERM framework.
• Coordinate and track changes across frameworks.
• Partner with Line 1 Risk to socialise changes.
