Job summary

LION is seeking an RGM Excellence Analyst to join our Revenue Growth Management team in Sydney. This role focuses on mapping processes, identifying improvements, and turning ideas into practical ways of working.

You don't need an FMCG background; strong process thinking, data and Excel skills, and collaboration across RGM, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain are valued.

You'll work closely with our team to design simpler workflows, build documentation and tooling, and help drive commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capability.
• Experience in process mapping or improvement.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and bridge perspectives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in consulting, commercial finance, category, sales, FMCG or similar environments is valuable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Map current processes, identify pain points and design simpler, more effective ways of working.
• Build clear process documentation, workplans and practical tools that teams can use.
• Use Excel and modelling to support communication and process improvement.
• Coordinate actions, priorities and dependencies across multiple improvement initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders across RGM, Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and other teams to gather requirements and build alignment.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise or automate existing processes.
