Job summary

LION is seeking an RGM Excellence Analyst in Sydney to help map and improve processes that drive commercial decisions. The role focuses on turning complexity into practical ways of working across RGM, Sales, Category, Finance and Supply Chain.

You’ll leverage strong Excel skills and data-analysis ability to design clearer processes, tools and work plans that teams can use to operate more efficiently. This is a hands-on role with tangible impact.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and experience using spreadsheets.
• Experience in process mapping, process improvement or re-engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with stakeholders and bringing different perspectives together.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep work moving.
• Experience in consulting, commercial finance, category, sales, FMCG or similar environments would be valuable, but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Map current processes, identify pain points and help design simpler, more effective ways of working.
• Build clear process documentation, workplans and practical tools that teams can use.
• Use Excel and modelling to support communication and process improvement.
• Coordinate actions, priorities and dependencies across multiple improvement initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders across RGM, Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and other teams to gather requirements and build alignment.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise or automate existing processes.
