Job summary

LION is seeking a RGM Excellence Analyst to support the Revenue Growth Management team. This role focuses on mapping processes, identifying pain points, and designing practical, improved ways of working to drive commercial decisions.

You'll work closely with RGM, Sales, Category, Finance and Supply Chain to turn complexity into clear, actionable processes and tools, using Excel modelling to communicate insights and guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Process improvement capability; ability to take existing processes and design better ways forward.
• Strong data confidence and Excel skills to analyse and communicate insights.
• Ability to work across teams to turn complexity into clear, workable solutions.
• Experience in consulting, commercial finance, category, sales, FMCG is valuable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Map current processes, identify pain points and design simpler, more effective ways of working.
• Build clear process documentation, workplans and practical tools that teams can use.
• Use Excel and modelling to support communication and process improvement.
• Coordinate actions, priorities and dependencies across multiple improvement initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders across RGM, Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and other teams to gather requirements and build alignment.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise or automate existing processes.
