Job summary

The Park by Revive in Yungaburra invites a warm, organised Concierge Manager to lead guest experiences across a ten-room boutique stay and private residence.

You will oversee day-to-day guest interactions, reservations, and self check-in, coordinating the team and ensuring rooms and common areas are beautifully presented. With owners and a small staff, you’ll shape practical service standards and thoughtful touches that make guests feel genuinely cared for.

Qualifications

• Experience in accommodation, hospitality management or guest services.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident with booking systems and digital tools; Cloudbeds welcomed.
• Practical approach and willingness to assist across the property.
• Availability to work a roster including weekends and public holidays.

Help shape a new boutique stay centred on rest, wellness and thoughtful hospitality.

The Park by Revive is preparing to open in Yungaburra following an extensive refurbishment. With ten boutique guest rooms, a private residence and shared wellness facilities, we’re creating a place where guests can slow down and feel genuinely looked after.

We’re looking for a warm, organised and capable Revive Concierge Manager to help bring that experience to life.

This is a hands‑on role in a small property with self check‑in. You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day guest experience, coordinate our team and keep the property running smoothly. You’ll be comfortable moving between guest communication, reservations, checking presentation and helping wherever needed.

What you’ll do

Manage guest enquiries and communication before, during and after each stay.

Coordinate reservations, special requests and self check‑in arrangements.

Add thoughtful touches, from local recommendations to helping guests enjoy our wellness facilities.

Work closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and beautifully presented.

Oversee the presentation and readiness of the commons and shared guest spaces.

Coordinate supplies, maintenance requests and external contractors.

Resolve guest concerns calmly and take ownership of follow‑through.

Work with the owners to establish practical systems and consistent service standards.

About you

You’re personable, dependable and naturally attentive to detail. You enjoy making people feel welcome and can work independently while keeping a small team organised.

You’ll bring:

Experience in accommodation, hospitality management, guest services or a similar role.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Confidence using booking systems and digital tools; Cloudbeds experience would be welcomed.
