Job summary

The Park by Revive is a new boutique stay in Yungaburra, on the Atherton Tablelands, featuring ten guest rooms, a private residence and shared wellness facilities.

We are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper who leads by example, maintains high cleanliness standards, coordinates priorities with the Concierge Manager and guides the housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and the residence to a high standard.

• Check rooms before guest arrival for cleanliness and supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and wellness facilities.
• Monitor linen, amenities and cleaning stock.
• Coordinate outsourced guest linen and wash towels onsite.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on room readiness.

The Park by Revive is preparing to open following an extensive refurbishment, offering ten boutique guest rooms, a private residence and shared wellness facilities in Yungaburra.

We're seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper who understands that a beautifully prepared room is central to a great guest experience.

This is a hands-on cleaning and supervisory role. You'll work alongside our housekeeping team, take responsibility for presentation and help establish efficient routines from opening.

What you'll do

Clean and prepare guest rooms and the residence to a consistently high standard.

Coordinate daily housekeeping priorities with the Concierge Manager.

Check rooms before guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, presentation and supplies are right.

Guide and support housekeeping team members.

Maintain the cleanliness of the commons, wellness facilities and shared spaces.

Monitor linen, amenities and cleaning stock.

Coordinate outsourced guest linen and wash and dry our dedicated wellness towels onsite.

Report maintenance issues and follow up on anything affecting room readiness.

Help develop practical cleaning checklists and routines.

About you

You have a keen eye for detail, work efficiently and care about the finish. You're comfortable leading by example and giving clear, constructive guidance.

You'll bring:

• Previous accommodation housekeeping experience.
• Supervisory experience, or the readiness to step into a leadership role.
• High standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Good organisation and the ability to manage changing daily priorities.
• The ability to carry out the physical duties of housekeeping safely.
• Availability for a roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
