Job summary

Randstad is partnering with a prominent Australian commercial services and portfolio management group to recruit an operationally minded, metrics-driven Client Services & Collections Manager for their Gold Coast headquarters.

This leadership role blends revenue protection with exceptional client experience, giving you commercial ownership over debt recovery and customer service processes while using data to maximise team performance and collections targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in customer service, call centre, account management or hospitality.
• Strong ability to run reports, analyse data and guide workflows using Excel.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing platforms and electronic billing systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for escalated client inquiries and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor diverse teams across customer service, front-of-house and accounts.
• Run reports, audit workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Oversee accounts receivable, debt recovery and collections targets.
• Coordinate member services and general inquiries with premium service delivery.
• Resolve high-level disputes and manage escalations with regulators or bodies.
• Partner with the executive team on compliance tracking and contract administration.
