You will lead from the front, manage complex matters, and use data to drive performance, while fostering a compliant and customer-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or coaching experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead & motivate a collections team; set clear expectations and provide feedback.
• Oversee active management of debtor portfolios and escalate complex matters.
• Ensure activities meet regulatory and internal requirements; maintain audit-ready notes.
