Job summary

Finder is a global fintech group with hubs in Sydney, New York, London and Wroclaw. We are seeking a Performance Executive to support and grow revenue across the Banking & Wealth verticals by delivering strong partner outcomes and optimizing performance of partners within the portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of partner success, campaign management and revenue optimization, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise Finder traffic value.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing campaigns, affiliates marketing or digital media sales.
• Familiarity with CPC, CPA, conversion tracking and attribution concepts.
• Strong communication and ability to work with data.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for assigned partners and support campaigns.
• Coordinate with Marketing, P&E, AdOps to deliver partner outcomes.
• Monitor campaign performance for CPA, conversion rates and tracking issues.
• Prepare regular performance reports and client dashboards.
• Assist in testing new placements and offers to improve yield.
• Match conversions and revenue against partner reports.
