Job summary

Finder helps people win at money. The Performance Executive role in Sydney supports Banking and Wealth partners by delivering strong outcomes, ensuring accurate tracking, and optimising campaign performance across the portfolio.

You will work at the intersection of partner success, campaign management and revenue optimisation, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maximise Finder traffic value and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing campaigns, affiliates marketing or digital media sales.
• Familiarity with CPC, CPA, conversion tracking and attribution concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day point of contact for assigned partners, supporting ongoing campaigns and requests.
• Coordinate internally with Marketing, PandE, AdOps etc to deliver partner outcomes.
• Proactively flag risks to partner performance, delivery or satisfaction.
• Support partner communications including follow-ups and performance updates.
