Finder is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in Sydney to lead paid media strategies across search, social, and display with a focus on insurance verticals. You will set budgets, test ideas, and collaborate with in-house designers to scale ROAS and paid revenue.

Based in Australia’s largest digital advertiser, you’ll drive performance, leverage AI tools, and work in a fast-paced fintech team that values experimentation and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience managing large social, display or native ad campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad platforms.
• Some experience managing SEM campaigns in Google Ads.
• Proficiency with AI and LLM tools to boost efficiency and creativity.
• Data-driven, test-and-learn mindset.
• Ability to analyse campaign data in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, etc.
• Adaptable and comfortable in an agile environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop paid media strategies to hit performance targets.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across paid search, social, display, and native channels.
• Evaluate and test new channels and opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers on creative concepts and briefs.
