Job summary

Access Wealth is seeking an experienced Finance Leader to partner with founders and drive commercial performance across a high-growth SME. You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and reporting, while building scalable systems and a two-person finance team.

You will analyse revenue models across multiple entities, advise on strategic decisions, and ensure controls and compliance in a founder-led business, with a remote Australia-wide role.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior commercial finance, FP&A or Head of Finance roles.
• Exceptional financial modelling, forecasting, and analytics.
• Experience supporting high-growth SMEs or founder-led businesses.

Responsibilities

• Partner with founders to drive financial strategy and sustainable growth.
• Lead financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and revenue recognition cycles.
• Deliver financial reporting, dashboards, and commercial insights.
• Analyse sales/marketing ROI, CAC, profitability, and performance.
• Strengthen financial systems, processes, controls, and compliance.
• Assess financial performance of partnerships and new ventures.
• Lead and develop the finance function (2 direct reports).
