Job summary

Daikin Industries Ltd. is seeking a Return to Work Coordinator to join our Australian HR team in NSW. This on-site role focuses on coordinating workplace injury management and return-to-work programs with employees, managers, healthcare providers and insurers to achieve safe, timely outcomes.

You will ensure compliance with workers’ compensation and WHS legislation while developing tailored RTW plans and maintaining accurate case records for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in return-to-work coordination, injury management or workers' compensation.
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation and workplace safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage workplace injury cases from notification through closure.
• Develop and monitor tailored return-to-work plans with employees, leaders, healthcare providers and insurers.
• Support injured employees during recovery with regular communication and guidance.
• Identify suitable duties and modifications to facilitate safe rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with workers' compensation, WHS and privacy laws; maintain confidential records.
• Prepare reports and analyze injury management trends to drive improvements.
• Contribute to injury prevention and wellbeing programs across the business.
