Job summary

dnata catering & retail invites an Advisor, Injury Management to lead workers' compensation and injury management functions across Sydney or Brisbane. You will collaborate with insurers, practitioners and leaders to drive early intervention and timely return-to-work while ensuring compliance and safe recovery.

The role emphasizes end-to-end case management, data reporting, injury prevention, and employee wellbeing across multiple sites with national scope.

Qualifications

• Experience managing workers' compensation, injury management and RTW programs.
• RTW Coordinator accreditation or equivalent experience.
• Clinical background highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workers' compensation and injury management end-to-end across sites.
• Provide onsite injury triage, guidance and escalation to ensure appropriate treatment pathways.
• Partner with leaders, insurers, medical practitioners and rehabilitation providers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Monitor claims performance, identify trends and implement improvements.
• Prepare reports to support compliance and business decisions.
