Department of Health Tasmania seeks an Injury Management Coordinator to oversee case management of workers’ compensation claims and coordinate effective return-to-work programs. The role requires in-depth knowledge of contemporary WHS and injury management practices, plus the ability to advise managers and employees on related issues.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of contemporary WHS and injury management practices.
• Understanding of injury management processes and related legislation.
• Strong written and oral communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with workers' compensation and absence management is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Case management of workers' compensation claims.
• Facilitating and coordinating return to work programs.
• Provide high level advice to managers and employees on injury management issues.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory environment affecting workers' compensation, WHS and employment within the Agency.
