Job summary

Cloud 9 Window Cleaning in Sydney is hiring a Retention Sales Closer to own saves, win-backs and reactivations, converting customers to recurring plans. Warm leads only; no cold calls, with base pay plus uncapped commission.

You'll manage calls to cancel customers, win back lapsed clients, and convert one-time leads into ongoing plans, while logging outcomes in the CRM and meeting weekly targets. Training provided as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Proven phone sales track record with numbers to back it up.
• You love objections and you hate losing.
• A confident, warm and quick-on-the-phone communicator who logs numbers honestly.

Cloud 9 Window Cleaning is one of Sydney's fastest-growing home services companies, with thousands of homes on recurring cleaning plans. We're hiring a Retention Sales Closer to own our saves, win-backs and reactivations and turn more of our customers into customers for life.

Warm leads only. No cold calling. Every person you speak to already knows us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call customers who want to cancel - same day - and save them
• Win back past customers and get them back on a plan
• Call every one-time customer and old lead and convert them onto a recurring plan
• Log every call and outcome in our CRM
• Own your weekly numbers: saves, win-backs, conversions and revenue kept

WHO YOU ARE

You're a closer first. If you've worked a save desk or retention team (telco, energy, gyms, subscriptions), even better - but we'll take a top seller who's never done retention over a retention person who can't sell.
