First Class Energy Pty Ltd is seeking motivated sales closers to convert warm solar and home energy leads over the phone. You will present quotes, explain rebates and finance options, and guide customers from inquiry to close.

Ideal candidates have proven sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset. The role offers a weekly retainer with uncapped commissions and ongoing product training in a growing Australian company.

Formación

• Previous industry sales experience is essential.
• Experience in Solar, Battery Storage, Heat Pumps, Water Filtration, EV Chargers, or Air Conditioning is a plus.

• Contact customers interested in our products and reach out to warm leads.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar/battery solutions.
• Present quotes and explain government rebates and financing options.
• Follow up enquiries and manage your sales pipeline.

SALES CLOSERS WANTED – Solar & Battery | Retainer + Uncapped Commission

First Class Energy is looking for motivated, results driven Sales Professionals who know how to build customer trust, manage enquiries and close deals over the phone. You will be contacting warm customers interested in solar, battery storage, heat pumps, water filtration systems, EV chargers and air conditioning products, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers interested in our products
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Present quotes and explain available government rebates and finance options
• Follow up enquiries and manage your sales pipeline
• Negotiate, overcome objections and confidently close sales
• Work towards individual sales targets and team goals

About you

• Previous industry sales experience is essential
• Previous sales experience in at least one of the following: Solar and Battery Storage, Heat Pumps, Water Filtration Systems, EV Chargers, or Air Conditioning
• Proven sales experience and the ability to close deals
• Confidence communicating with customers over the phone
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven attitude
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
