Job summary

Lotus Commercial Pty Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales & Retention Executive to strengthen customer relationships and support growth across our expanding client base. This office-based role reports to the National Sales Manager and focuses on retention, upsell opportunities, and maintaining high service levels across accounts.

You will work closely with customers, operations and the sales team to capture opportunities, ensure a seamless experience, and drive revenue growth for our kitchen exhaust

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or sales support.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and quotations processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow up customer cancellation requests and implement retention strategies.
• Manage change-of-ownership opportunities to retain customer sites.
• Qualify inbound leads and customer enquiries; manage low-value and single-site opportunities.
• Prepare quotations for additional services, filter exchange programs and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer activity; collaborate with operations for a seamless experience.
