Job summary

Nexgen Australia is seeking a motivated Retention Sales Account Manager to foster strong relationships and drive sales growth. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, in a supportive environment designed for career growth.

You will schedule meetings for BDMs, generate qualified leads, and implement retention and upsell strategies to enhance customer loyalty. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales retention.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to qualify leads and generate interest over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of churn reduction tactics to save accounts.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling Appointments – Secure meetings with qualified prospects for our BDMs.
• Lead Generation – outbound calls and research to identify potential customers.
• Develop and execute retention strategies to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues promptly.
