Job summary

Lotus Commercial is seeking an Internal Sales & Retention Executive to strengthen relationships, support existing accounts and drive growth across our expanding customer base in Sydney. This office-based role collaborates with customers, operations and the sales team to capture opportunities and maintain our high service standards.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will follow up cancellations, qualify leads, prepare quotations and keep CRM records up to date while balancing multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales support or administration.
• Experience in service-based industries is beneficial.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up customer cancellation requests and implement retention strategies.
• Manage change-of-ownership opportunities to retain customer sites.
• Qualify inbound leads and customer enquiries.
• Prepare quotations for additional services and parts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer activity.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
