Job summary

Red Hawk Casino is seeking a skilled Retail & Wardrobe Manager to oversee inventory, uniforms, and staff across the Retail & Wardrobe departments. You will manage stock replenishments, vendor relations, and ensure accurate receiving and paperwork flow.

Leadership in budgeting and process improvements is essential. The role requires a college degree with multi-year management experience in retail or uniform operations, plus strong team leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• College degree and three or more years of retail or uniform management experience; or six years of relevant management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing wardrobe/uniform operations and staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory levels in Wardrobe and Gift Shop by conducting inventories daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Works with suppliers to order stock replenishments regularly.
• Ensures proper inventory control procedures are followed by all Retail & Wardrobe staff.
• Oversees receiving of merchandise shipments and verifies condition and quantities; completes paperwork for accounts payable.
