Job summary

Red Hawk Casino is seeking a Bingo Supervisor to act as primary contact and decision maker in the absence of the Director of Specialty Games. Oversee daily bingo operations and provide leadership for Bingo Attendants.

You will open and close the bingo hall, coordinate setup, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with internal controls, cash handling, and guest service standards while training staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of bingo, casino, gaming, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bingo operations, gaming procedures, and internal control standards.
• Experience with POS systems, bingo accounting systems, Title 31 compliance, and reporting systems such as Resorts Advantage preferred.
• Advanced cash handling skills with the ability to verify banks, reconcile reports, and manage payout controls accurately.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for balancing sessions, inventory counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and employee training skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain compliance and operational accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to organize workflow, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent guest service and conflict resolution skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50lb bingo supplies and equipment as needed.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bingo operations and lead Bingo Attendants.
• Open and close the bingo hall and prepare session equipment.
• Coordinate daily hall setup, inventory preparation, floor readiness, and guest service standards.
• Review inventory counts and issue bingo supplies correctly.
• Direct inventory clerks on bingo inventory issuance and setup.
• Verify inventory movement, balance reports, and compliance with controls.
• Run reports including session summaries, Title 31 documentation, Resorts Advantage reports.
• Review session totals for shortages, overages, and discrepancies; document actions.
• Verify cashier banks, paymaster banks, and payout procedures for cash handling.
• Assist with prize verification, jackpot payouts, and guest issue resolution.
• Train, coach, evaluate, and support bingo department staff.
• Provide direction on daily assignments, floor coverage, game flow, and events.
• Coordinate with management on supplies, promotions, reporting, staffing, and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized bingo environment and high guest service standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
