Job summary

Myer Group seeks a Business Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract to document existing processes across Customer and IT, identify optimisation opportunities and support in designing a more efficient way of working.

You will map end-to-end workflows, facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate complex information into clear requirements, helping to drive automation and cross-functional improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience and deep knowledge of business process mapping.
• Proven experience in process mapping and process optimisation.
• Proven experience in process mapping tools and methodologies to facilitate workshops using BPMN, SIPOCs, RACIs.
• Excellent end-to-end delivery experience and ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Business liaison capable of translating complex information into clear business language; retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document business processes and workflows to improve critical processes; work with stakeholders to deliver improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and validate current processes and document business requirements.
• Identify process optimisation and recommend automation and optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.
• Compile and validate business and system requirements; assist in producing solutions.
