Job summary

A2B Australia is recruiting a Business Analyst to shape future business processes, improve customer experiences and support transformational initiatives across the organisation. You will work within the B2C Operations team to understand how the business operates today and help define what it needs for tomorrow.

Collaborating with business leaders, subject matter experts and technology teams, you’ll analyse processes, document requirements, design future-state workflows and ensure solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in listed disciplines required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in business analysis.
• Experience analysing current-state processes and defining future-state solutions.
• Strong requirements elicitation, validation and documentation skills.
• Exposure to BA tools and process-mapping methodologies.
• Experience working with both business and IT teams on requirements.
• Desirable: IIBA CCBA or CBAP certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of customer and business needs and identify opportunities.
• Analyse and document current-state processes and workflows.
• Gather, analyse, validate and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Develop future-state process designs and user journeys.
• Partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams for alignment.
• Map requirements across multiple units and process streams.
• Model end-to-end processes and dependencies.
• Support operational reporting, metrics, acceptance criteria and test plans.
• Collaborate with Project Leads and Executive Sponsors to deliver outcomes.
