CO_MGHLTD APEX GROUP HOLDINGS AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED in Sydney is seeking a Business Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support transformation and integration initiatives by defining requirements, documenting processes and ensuring outcomes are translated into practical delivery solutions.

You’ll facilitate workshops, map current and future-state processes, produce business requirements and assist testing and readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years business analysis experience, ideally within superannuation administration, registry or financial services.
• Strong requirements elicitation and process mapping capability.
• Experience working with technology delivery teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
• Document current and future-state processes.
• Produce business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, implementation and business readiness.
• Analyse impacts across operations, technology, risk and compliance.
• Work closely with product, operations and project teams.
