Job summary

Myer Group is seeking a skilled Senior Business Process Analyst to join the Support Office in Docklands. The role focuses on documenting and improving critical business processes, working closely with stakeholders to deliver efficiency, accuracy, and improved customer outcomes.

You will facilitate workshops, map processes with BPMN/SIPOC/RACI, identify automation opportunities, and support end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams. Experience in a retail environment is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience and deep knowledge of business process mapping.
• Proven experience in process mapping and process optimisation.
• Proven experience using BPMN, SIPOC and RACI to facilitate workshops.
• Excellent end-to-end delivery experience and ability to juggle multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document business processes and workflows to improve critical processes.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and validate processes and document requirements.
• Identify process optimisation and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Compile and validate business and system requirements.
• Contribute to discovery/ideation requirements and assist in delivering solutions.
