Telstra Store Erina is seeking a Full Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant. You will assist customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting, delivering positive experiences and helping customers connect with the right tech solutions.

You will be the in-store expert on Telstra offerings, stay informed on gadgets and services, and work with a supportive team to meet sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with ability to meet KPIs.
• Customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
