Job summary

Telstra Retail is seeking a Full Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant at Belmont. You’ll help customers choose products, activate services, and troubleshoot basic issues, delivering memorable experiences and supporting store performance.

You’ll stay current on Telstra offerings, aim to exceed sales targets, and work with a diverse team to achieve store goals while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications
