Job summary

Ampol Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to navigate complexity, translate requirements, map dependencies, and manage multiple projects from concept to delivery. You will bridge business needs and technology, ensuring value-driven solutions for customers and the business.

You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and support end-to-end delivery, working with senior stakeholders across a hybrid work model that blends remote and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strongly preferred – experience with P&C systems including Payroll, RTA, WFM and HRIS.
• Proven experience in business analysis within large, complex environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and balance priorities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Pragmatic, adaptable mindset with comfort in ambiguity and driving structure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business needs and technology, ensuring solutions deliver value.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Conduct impact and gap analyses to define current and future state processes.
• Translate requirements into testable outcomes and support UAT.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build business cases and evaluate options.
• Support end-to-end delivery from requirements to operations/BAU.
