Job summary

Lorna Jane Pty is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Shellharbour City Centre location. You will lead a team of Retail Sales Assistants, drive commercial results, and shape a high-energy store culture that customers love.

You will own daily operations, visual merchandising, stock management, and rostering aligned to trade targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences and KPI performance.

Based in Shellharbour City Centre this hands-on leadership role puts you in charge of everything that keeps the store running like clockwork.

Leading a team of Retail Sales Assistants, you'll drive commercial results while shaping a team culture people genuinely want to be part of.
