Lorna Jane Stores is seeking a capable Store Manager for our Doncaster location in Melbourne. You will lead a team of Retail Sales Assistants, drive commercial results, and ensure store standards across VM, stock, and operations.

You will build a sales culture grounded in accountability and genuine support of each other. The role requires a genuine brand connection and the ability to develop people, inspire performance, and deliver a seamless customer experience that turns shoppers into loyal

Qualifications

• Must have proven retail leadership experience.
• Demonstrate strong customer-focused sales skills.
• Ability to drive KPIs and commercial results.
• Experience in visual merchandising and stock control.
