Job summary

Lorna Jane Sydney City store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who is operationally savvy to support the Store Manager in running the floor and coaching the 3IC and sales team. You will be a strong seller in a fast-paced outlet environment, with experience in fashion, apparel, sports or activewear to step up into leadership.

You will lead by example, drive sales, manage stock and VM, and be prepared to run the store in the Store Manager's absence while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching of a retail team.
• Retail sales experience in fashion, apparel, sports or activewear.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and drive sales targets.
• Coach and support the team daily for performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock flow and store standards.
• Step up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Build relationships with customers to drive repeat visits.

Our Sydney City store is looking for an Assistant Manager who is operationally savvy. As the Assistant Store Manager for this Platinum store, you will support your Store Manager in running the floor, assist in management and coaching of the 3IC and retail sales team and help keep the store operationally on point.

You’ll be one of your team's strongest sellers; and enjoy the fast pace that comes with working in an outlet store. If you have retail sales experience in fashion, apparel, sports or activewear, this is your next step up.
