Job summary

Lorna Jane is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Sydney City Platinum store. You will support the Store Manager, coach a small team, and keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced outlet environment.

Experience in fashion or activewear retail is preferred, with a focus on leadership, coaching, and delivering strong customer service. A fixed roster and competitive base salary await in a brand with long-standing Australian presence and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail fashion/activewear sales experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop a sales team.
• Strong visual merchandising and stock workflow awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor and drive sales targets.
• Coach and support team performance day to day.
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock flow and store standards.
• Step in to run the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Build genuine relationships with customers to drive repeat visits.

OUR ROLE

Our Sydney City store is looking for an Assistant Manager who is operationally savvy. As the Assistant Store Manager for this Platinum store, you will support your Store Manager in running the floor, assist in management and coaching of the 3IC and retail sales team and help keep the store operationally on point.

You’ll be one of your team's strongest sellers; and enjoy the fast pace that comes with working in an outlet store. If you have retail sales experience in fashion, apparel, sports or activewear, this is your next step up.
