• Retail sales experience in fashion, apparel, sports or activewear.
• Ability to coach and develop a team and lead floor operations.
• Strong focus on hitting sales targets and delivering on KPIs.

• Coach and support the team's performance, day to day.
• Help keep visual merchandising, stock flow and store standards 'on point'.
• Step up and run the store in your Store Manager's absence.
• Build genuine relationships that keep bringing customers back.
