Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Mackay, QLD to lead the GhandaGang on the shop floor. You will drive sales, coach a team of up to 10, and ensure store standards align with our brand guidelines.

You’ll work on rosters, sales reporting, and stock priorities with the Stock Allocator, while delivering excellent customer service and upholding Ghanda values. This is a full-time on-site role with strong career progression prospects.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
