Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Karrinyup, WA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang on the shop floor. You will coach a dynamic team, uphold brand standards, and drive sales in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You’ll partner with our Stock Allocator, optimise stock levels, manage rosters and store reporting, and progress along Ghanda’s career path from shop floor to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with team coaching and development.
• Customer-first mindset with strong retail fundamentals.
• Experience in retail/hospitality or equivalent attitude over experience.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 30 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
