Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang in Cockburn (Success), WA. You will drive store performance, coach a team of up to 20, and ensure a high standard of presentation and customer service in line with Ghanda values.

The role offers a 38-hour week with overtime penalties for over-hours, clothing and phone allowances, plus a monthly bonus scheme and unlimited clothing discounts for you and your immediate family.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
