Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Northland (Preston) store, VIC. You will lead and coach a team, drive Ghanda values, and ensure standout store presentation.

You will also work with the stock allocator to maintain stock levels and maximise floor space, while managing rosters and sales reporting. The role offers a 38-hour week, bonuses and an unlimited clothing discount for you and your family, plus ongoing training and clear career progression within Ghanda’s growing

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
