Ghanda is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Torquay, VIC to lead the #GhandaGang on the shop floor. You will oversee a team of up to 20, drive brand values, and ensure exceptional store presentation.

The role emphasizes a 38-hour week with pay-for-hours worked, overtime penalties if applicable, a generous remuneration package including clothing and phone allowances with a monthly bonus, unlimited clothing discounts for you and your family, and ongoing engagement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and train a team of up to 20 team members.
• Drive Ghanda values within the store team.
• Maintain high store presentation per visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
• Collaborate with Stock Allocator to maintain appropriate stock levels and maximise floor space ROI.
• Prepare and monitor rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
