Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Mackay, QLD is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang and drive store performance. You will coach up to 10 team members, uphold Ghanda values, and ensure premier store presentation aligned with brand direction.

You will liaise with stock and operations to maintain stock levels and maximize floor space, while managing rosters and sales reporting to support growth and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience driving a small team.
• Customer-first mindset with retail focus.
• Experience in retail/hospitality welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• • Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
