Ghanda Clothing in Port Douglas, QLD is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the Ghanda Gang on the shop floor. You will coach up to 20 staff, drive brand values, and ensure top-rate store presentation.

The role focuses on people leadership, customer-focused selling, and strong stock and roster management within a dynamic retail environment.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

About you

• Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
