Job summary

Ghanda Clothing on the Gold Coast is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the Surfers Paradise team. You’ll drive Ghanda values, coach up to 35 staff, and ensure appealing store presentation in line with brand guidelines.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 35 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
