• Proven retail management experience in luxury/beauty/wellness.
• Strong track record of hitting sales targets and building teams.
• Knowledge of Retail/Beauty awards and WHS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Jurlique’s signature customer experience with warmth and expertise.
• Coach and develop your team to exceed KPIs and KPIs and build loyalty.
• Oversee daily store operations, spa bookings, visual merchandising and payroll.
