Job summary

Jurlique is seeking a Beauty Expert for a Christmas Casual role across its NSW Concept Stores and Department Stores. The position supports high seasonal demand through peak periods, delivering Jurlique’s signature skincare rituals and delightful customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have a passion for natural skincare, retail experience, and the ability to work within a team, with full availability during peak periods. Training will be provided to master our skincare range.

Qualifications

• Retail background is preferred.
• Skincare knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with initiative and drive.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across retail and spa channels in NSW stores.
• Create a memorable Jurlique experience for customers.

About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Beauty Expert to join our team and help spread the joy of natural beauty to our customers in a Christmas Casual capacity across our NSWConcept Stores and Department Stores. This is a casual contract role until January 2027.

Our Christmas Casual Beauty Expert is primarily responsible for achieving and driving sales across our retail and spa channel, whilst providing a positive and memorable experience to our customers.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have the ability to impress our customers with a unique "Jurlique" experience.
• Confidently communicate to the customer the right ritual for their unique skincare needs
• Have a proven retail background and skincare experience is an advantage.
• Possess outstanding initiative, drive and the ability to work within a team.
• Full availability as this is a casual role during peek period.
