Job summary

RATIONALE is seeking a Store Manager for the David Jones Sydney store to deliver luxury end-to-end client retail experiences and drive commercial results.

Lead a high-performing team, manage rostering and store operations, and provide expert skin care guidance to clients, supported by our onboarding and training program.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent client service in luxury retail, spa, or clinic environments.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and driving development.
• Proven track record in leading sales and achieving KPIs.
• Experience implementing efficient operational and administrative processes.
• Passion for skincare, client rapport, and achieving skin goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills.

• The roster: Full-Time (38 hours per week), on Tuesday-Saturday
• The location: RATIONALE David Jones Sydney
• You will deliver luxury end-to-end client retail experiences
• You will drive the people leadership and development of your store team
• You will lead a positive, high-performing team culture
• You will lead sales initiatives to drive commercial success, meeting store KPIs
• You will deliver sales reporting to your retail leadership team
• You will manage the rostering and smart booking scheduling of your store and its services
• You will oversee and manage store operations and administration tasks
• You will be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training
• You will provide informative skin analysis and tailored skincare product plans to your clients
