Job summary

MECCA Brands seeks a Store Manager for our Cosmetica Indooroopilly store in Queensland on a fixed term until February 2027. The role typically follows a Tuesday–Saturday rotation, leading a large team to deliver exceptional, MECCA‑level service.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, coaching staff, and driving KPI performance while living our brand values and commitment to customer care.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail environment.
• Demonstrated passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Coaching and mentoring experience focused on developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store operations run smoothly to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through training and mentoring.
